Flo
The Flo integrationIntegrations connect and integrate Home Assistant with your devices, services, and more. [Learn more] integrates Flo by Moen smart water shutoff valves into Home Assistant.
There is currently support for the following device types within Home Assistant:
- Binary sensor: reports whether there are any alerts.
- Sensor: reports on the device’s system mode, water flow rate, temperature, water pressure, and daily water consumption.
- Switch: allows you to open and close the valve on the water shutoff device.
Configuration
To add the Flo hub to your Home Assistant instance, use this My button:
If the above My button doesn’t work, you can also perform the following steps manually:

Browse to your Home Assistant instance.

In the bottom right corner, select the
Add Integration button. -
From the list, select Flo.

Follow the instructions on screen to complete the setup.

flo.run_health_test) Runs a health test on a Flo by Moen device. -

flo.set_away_mode) Puts a Flo by Moen device into away mode. -

flo.set_home_mode) Puts a Flo by Moen device into home mode. -
Set sleep mode (
flo.set_sleep_mode) Puts a Flo by Moen device into sleep mode for a set duration.
