Twitch
The Twitch integration will allow you to monitor Twitch channel status from within Home Assistant and setup automation based on the information.
Get Twitch application credentials
Create a new app at Register Your Application in the Twitch developer portal:
- Enter a Name for your app. Note that it needs to be unique all over Twitch.
- Enter
https://my.home-assistant.io/redirect/oauthin the OAuth Redirect URL field. - Get the Client ID and Client secret from the new application, you need them to complete the integration setup in Home Assistant.
Configuration
To add the Twitch integration to your Home Assistant instance, use this My button:
If the above My button doesn’t work, you can also perform the following steps manually:

Browse to your Home Assistant instance.

In the bottom right corner, select the Add Integration button.

From the list, select Twitch.

Follow the instructions on screen to complete the setup.
